By downloading, installing, or using RevRival ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RevRival. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. The App is not intended for minors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
RevRival is designed exclusively for use at authorised, closed racing circuits and private tracks. The App must NEVER be used on public roads, highways, or any area open to general traffic. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate permission to use the track, compliance with all venue rules, and your own safety at all times. The App must only be operated safely and must not be used while actively driving — use a co-pilot or mount your device securely before your session begins.
You agree not to: use cheats, bots, or hacks to manipulate race results; harass or abuse other users; create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages; reverse-engineer or tamper with the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Tokens are a virtual in-app currency with no real-world monetary value. Tokens cannot be converted to cash, transferred to other users, or refunded. Token balances may be adjusted by us at any time. The sale, trading, or exchange of Tokens outside the App is strictly prohibited.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Token-based renewals deduct from your in-app balance. Refunds are handled by the respective app store.
All content in the App, including graphics, code, and text, is the property of RevRival and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. GPS accuracy may vary depending on device and environmental conditions. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries arising from use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevRival shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
