RevRival ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the RevRival mobile application.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, and country. Location Data: With your permission, we collect GPS location data during track sessions to measure your speed and distance. Location data is used only during active race sessions at authorised circuits and is not stored after the session ends. Vehicle Information: Details about your vehicle (brand, model, horsepower) that you choose to provide. Usage Data: Race statistics including speed, distance, and race outcomes. Payment Information: Subscription and payment data is handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the App; process race matchmaking; display leaderboards and career statistics; manage your subscription and token balance; send important account notifications; improve the App and fix issues.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with: Supabase (supabase.com): Our database and authentication provider. Data is stored securely on their servers. RevenueCat (revenuecat.com): Our subscription management provider. They process premium subscription data. App Stores: Apple and Google process payments for premium subscriptions under their own privacy policies. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
GPS location is only accessed during an active race session at an authorised circuit or track. We collect speed and distance data derived from your location. We do not track your location outside of race sessions, store your precise route, or share your location with other users in real time beyond what is necessary for live racing. RevRival is not intended for use on public roads and we do not support or condone such use.
We retain your account and race data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
RevRival is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has registered an account, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account and associated data promptly.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing of your data; export your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@rev-rivals.com. To delete your account and all associated data, you can use the in-app option: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
The App does not use tracking cookies. We may use anonymous analytics to understand app performance and usage patterns, which cannot be used to identify you personally.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
